Physical Therapist II - Beaumont Hospitals (Lake Orion, MI) in Flint, Michigan For Sale

Bachelor's Degree Part time Physical Therapist working 24 hours per week at Beaumont's Lake Orion Medical Center. This position is for a Women's Health Physical Therapist Specialist (and if Men's Health specialist also would be a plus) who may be required to perform some orthopedics as needed depending on schedule. Develops and implements an appropriate treatment plan for each patient. Serves as a resource of information and treatment skill for less knowledgeable staff, provide student supervision as needed. Supervises assigned support staff. Collaborates with intra and interdisciplinary team members regarding patient care. Collaborates with patient, family, significant other in treatment and in discharge planning. Provides written documentation to the physician regarding the patient initially, at discharge, and at appropriate intervals. Required qualifications: Baccalaureate Degree in Physical Therapy. Michigan State License in Physical Therapy. BLS certifications - American Heart Association, Healthcare Provider. Preferred qualifications: Master's or Doctorate Degree. AB 18 or 20 based on experience
