- Martin D21 JCB Brazillian acoustic in Flint, Michigan For Sale

I am not a guitar player. I bought this guitar thinking it would be cool to have a Martin Brazilian to learn on and keep forever. Never took it out of the case. It has been stored in 72F..
It had a little smudge in the finish on the top. I wanted it to be perfect so I sent it back to Martin to have the top refinished. They refinished the top and did a complete tune-up that did the following: Remove and reinstall the bridge, beveled guard, bone saddle, re-glued some loose back braces, refinished the top with vintage toner, replaced the pick guard, adjusted the neck and action to 2 & 3. I have all the work order papers from Martin in a file.
I sent the guitar to them in August xxxx (it took them like 7 months to finish). So the guitar is really like new at this point. So it has never been played. Not a mark on it. It's silly to be sitting in my house and I need some money so I've got it on the block.I have all the spec's for the guitar if you want them. Solid Brazilian rosewood back, sides, heel and headplate. Solid Sitka spruce top. Mahogany neck.
I suspect the people who would be interested in this guitar will know all that stuff.
