As the Clerk you will be responsible for full process of accounts payable including invoicing, matching, check runs, and bank reconciliations. Researching variances and posting journal entries may be required as well, along with expense reporting. You will also assist with various other administrative duties as needed. Minimum of 2+ years experience is required for this position. Must have basic levels of Microsoft Excel. Plexus would be helpful, but is not mandatory. Quick Books would also be helpful.
