As the Staff Accountant/Full-Charge Bookkeeper, duties include overseeing and assisting with invoice verification and processing, GL, coding of invoices, overseeing and assisting with Accounts Payable, collection calls, reconcile statement discrepancies, assisting with Month End Close, Bank Reconciliation and Journal Entries. The Staff Accountant/Full Charge Bookkeeper will also be responsible for handling Accounts Receivable invoices and cash receipts and overseeing the Accounts Payable and Payroll Clerks. 3+ years experience working as a Staff Accountant or Full Charge Bookkeeper. Bachelor's degree is highly preferred. Experience with AS400 and Intermediate to Advanced levels of Excel is a huge plus. Experience with managing a small staff is preferred. Must have a strong initiative and work ethic for this role. This is a temporary to full-time opportunity for the right individual.
