Apartment Maintenance Technician - (Flint) in Flint, Michigan For Sale

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians for our local apartment communities. To be considered you must have previous experience working in a multi-family community and turning individual units. Daily responsibilities will include: Coordinate daily with the Site Manager on overall maintenance projects Demonstrate customer service through personal contact with residents Be aware of physical condition of property throughout the community and immediately correct any unsafe conditions Inspect vacant apartments, buildings, grounds and public areas periodically Assist in maintain outstanding interior and exterior curb appeal Maintain adequate inventory and condition of tools, spare parts and maintenance materials to handle most common repairs and situations Willing to document the replacement of appliances, carpet, vinyl, water heaters etc. in all units as well as track repairs Possible scheduling and coordinating of vendors to perform apartment turnover Complete routine service requests within 24 hours Perform preventative maintenance as scheduled annually Complete minor plumbing, electrical and miscellaneous repairs (HVAC boilers, hot water heaters) Snow removal Groundskeeping Prior Multifamily Community Experience HVAC Certification
