Need detail oriented person with data entry skills to collect real estate data in the following Counties: Shiawassee County, MI in the city of Corunna,
Data Entry/Property Records Data Abstraction
DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Collection and keying of specific data elements into an LPS provided netbook utilizing LPS’s proprietary software
Travel to specific county/township/municipal locations on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or semi-monthly basis, as required by the volume and frequency at the respective county/township/municipal level
Upload keyed data on a regular basis – within 24 hours of keying
Quick, accurate and timely data entry
Track and maintain what has been keyed to avoid duplication
Contractor shall conduct himself/herself in a professional and cordial
Eligible candidates will be required to work as a xxxx independent contractor
REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong personal computer skills
Reliable transportation
Must have Internet access to upload data daily and receive any updates to software – or be able to utilize numerous location with free internet access
Work well independently on your own schedule, provided data and information is collected and keyed in a timely fashion
Travel to the recorders offices to collect the data is a requirement and travel may be local or regional
Abstracting experience a plus, but not required
