Single furnished bedroom, in Davison, Mi. Has a queen size bed, 9 draw dresser, Box televison, alarm clock, and cable box. If you wish to bring your own bed we can store the one in the shed and you may put your's in. You can bring your own flat screen and upgrade the cable box to HD but it will be an extra 15 a month for the upgrade (charge for the box each month). The rent includes; water, electric, heat/gas, cable television (with HBO, Showtime, and Cinemax) wifi, and trash removal. We do have a dog, we are also smokers, so smoking is okay.
