Position Summary: The Retail Sales Associate (RSA) is a customer service and sales professional within the retail store. You will provide the best customer service and expert product knowledge in order to create the most positive and satisfying overall experience for our customers. You will help customers through their purchasing decisions; activation process, product education and after-sale follow up. You may also assist the customer with billing and account issues, provide service expertise to triage equipment related problems and identify the most appropriate issue resolution path that best fits the customers needs . Job Responsibilities/Expectations: Consulting with customers in order to determine their wireless service needs. Meeting and exceeding all performance goals. Identifying and acting upon opportunities to up sell additional products and services to new and existing customers in order to maximize store profitability. Handling all customer service issues in a timely and professional manner. Developing relationships with your customer base. Responsible for daily cash-in and cash-out. Arranging and displaying store merchandise. Maintaining a clean, presentable and professional store environment Ensure that the sales floor, displays and back room are clean, organized and well stocked. Assists with inventory maintenance.
