Land Contract House Wanted for Vacation House in Flint, Michigan For Sale

Hello, my name is Vince Stead, and I?m looking for a house for sale as a vacation home for me part time, and a full time place for my brother to live in and keep an eye on the place for me. I live in San Diego, but grew up in Michigan, I joined the navy, and ended up in San Diego, and have been here for the last 30 years. My brother?s wife passed away from cancer a few years ago, and he was nice enough to give his youngest daughter and her new husband, the house he lived in for 20 years, and he moved back to Michigan about 6 months ago. He stays in a small studio apartment type place, and I told him I would pay for the house, and he live in it and watch it for me, and my little dream is to come back to Michigan 3 times a year, but spend most of every summer their so I?m looking for a house with a payment of $500 or less a month, so somewhere between $25 to $75 roughly, but would entertain and look at all offers.
I write books under my name, you can find me all over the internet. I would like a 3 bedroom so me and my wife could use the master bedroom as our vacation spot, my brother the other bedroom, and the 3rd a guest or rental room someday maybe. I grew up in Ortonville, and would consider Ortonville, Goodrich, Clarkston, Waterford, and if anyone had a special deal on someone on a lake you could put a speed boat or wave runners on, that is what my real goal is later on, so I?m looking for a vacation house/investment house that we could fix up a bit also over time, but something on the lake is what I really want later, but that will cost me more, and this is just for fun, so the most important thing to me is a garage and a place to have a yard.
In San Diego, I?ve been in the same house now for 25 years, and we have owned several rental houses up north over the last 10 years. I?m looking to get something between now and Christmas time, as I don?t have any relatives in San Diego except my wifes, and I want to start taking more vacations back to Michigan, as I?m a small publisher of my own items, and I work from home, and as long as I have access to the internet, I?m at work!.........So if you own your own home, and want to do a land contract, or your are a realtor and have something you think might work for me, I?m all ears for sure??.I have some toys I would like to leave their, so a garage is important. A basement would be cool also. I like a big yard as I?m a tree and plant guy, I love to garden and feed the birds, so a place for me to garden and feed the humming birds would be my ideal place, plus me planting fruit trees around the area. We are getting older, and I just want a nice place for my brother to stay, and me to make into my vacation home, but not go over my budget of $500 mortgage or contract price per month, my sister got a house in Clarkston for $41,000 and with some down payment, her payment is $245 a month, and it?s a 3 bedroom, and her yard is to die for, I told her she should sell me her house, because she got a beauty, and I want something like that, as I have 5 brothers and sisters back in Michigan, and I?m the only one not their any more, and we have such a great time each time I go back, I want a regular place instead of hotels.
